- Cancellations within 14 days prior to arrival = 1 night charge
- Cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival = 3 nights charge
- No show will be charged for 3 nights
- Early departure will be charge for actual stay and plus 3 nights charge

Low Season (1 Apr. – 31 Oct.)

Bank Charge and Transfer Fees: The hotel does not accept responsibility for the payment of Bank charge or fees resulting from the transfer of money from your account to our bank or the bank charge from payment by your credit card. Any such fees or charges are the responsibility of the client and it will be deducting from the refund amount whenever there is any cancellation with the minimum charge 500 Baht for total refund amount less than 10,000 Baht and 5% charge from total refund amount more than 10,000 Baht.
